Chef Mckayla came to me with the idea of a pop up series based on a repetitive theme….sausages. Inspired by a stray cat holding a sack of hotdogs in its mouth, we created an iconic cat to be the leader of this pop identity. As this summer Spitballs series goes on, the cat will remain the through line.
